"Today is the tomorrow you worried about yesterday"

"In order to be happy, we need to find what makes us happy"

Quotes can sound beautiful and inspiring as we read them, but they can certainly be hard to live by day after day. Even if we try our best to stay motivated and healthy, we may need to ask ourselves the following questions? Have I or my loved one(s) been feeling a need to seek out assistance to decrease stress? Have I been experiencing an increase in anger? Have I been unable to control my anger or monitor my stress level? Have I been utilizing unhealthy coping strategies to deal with my elevated anger, stress, sadness, or grief? Do I struggle with maintaining personal or professional relationships due to a lack of social communication or problem solving skills?

My name is Jami Jamieson. I am a child, adolescent, and adult therapist at Professional Counseling Offices at 215 South Grand Avenue West in Springfield, Illinois. My office number is (217) 744-3525. If you answered yes to any of the above questions, I am currently taking new clients and would love to work with you, individually or with your family. Together, we would be able to address your emotional and behavioral concerns that have been impacting your professional or personal life.

My professional experience and expertise includes the above mentioned areas, such as depression, anxiety, grief/loss, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality, intellectual, and behavioral disorders. I have several years experience with clients using both self-harm and/or aggressive, unhealthy behaviors towards themselves or others. I also have several years experience with clients experiencing grief/loss. In my seventeen year career, I have worked with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families to address both behavioral and emotional needs. I believe the most effective way to address any behavioral or emotional issue is to work with the client to find a successful solution that will work in his/her lifestyle.

Thank you for visiting my website.

"I wish you peace and tranquility in the beauty and storms of life."
